Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped, delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping Times:
AFP Branded Orders: Parts AFP( Aeroflex Performance) Branded are mostly made-to-order. Expect 20-75 Days for Delivery. 

Vendors / In Stock Items: Lead times vary by brand, In stock AFP Brand parts can range from 7-14 days delivery. Refer to product description for vendor shipping times. If not provided in the description please expect 7-21 days

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages and Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including filing a claim with the carrier.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us for assistance. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
  • Restricted Areas: Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or destination. If there are any issues with your shipping address, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.

About International Orders

  • Ordering/Shipping: We are currently only selling to the United States/Canada/Australia at this time.
