At Aeroflex Performance, we are committed to providing you with high-quality carbon auto parts and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
Refund Prior to
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Return Process
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@aeroflexperformance within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Custom Products: You have a 3 day window to contact us to make any changes to a custom order. Custom Steering Wheels/Custom Designed Carbon on any part falls under this. You may NOT return any heavily customized products (So if your order is unorthodox or different.) As these products are tailor made to you. You may return steering wheels that are custom made and viewed as sellable to anyone (ex: Hyundai N Steering wheel with performance blue stitching/stripe, flat bottom, regular carbon or forged, carbon grips) Anything out of the ordinary is FINAL SALE
Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment with a 20% restocking fee.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Custom or personalized items
Gift cards
Items purchased on clearance or sale (final sale items)
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact our customer service team. We will process the exchange once we receive and inspect the returned item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the exchanged item.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
